About this program
This is the full-time option of the master’s program, requiring students to attend on-campus classes each semester.
While professional athletes often thrive in their sports careers, they may face challenges when transitioning into roles within organizations, companies, sports clubs, or federations. Likewise, professionals from fields such as economics or law may lack the specialized diplomatic expertise required for positions related to sports and international relations.
This program equips individuals with the skills needed to work in international or national sport federations engaged in global activities. With a diverse faculty bringing together experts from various national and professional backgrounds, students gain a truly international learning experience. The program’s global perspective is further enriched by a multicultural student body and alumni network.
Graduates of this program will be well-prepared to take on leadership roles in sports organizations, representing them at international events with confidence. Additionally, students benefit from mentorship opportunities that provide guidance for advancing their careers in the sports industry.
Program Structure
The curriculum covers essential aspects of diplomacy, strategic planning, and international relations, preparing students to navigate the intersection of sports, the civil sector, and global trends.
By completing this program, students will strengthen their diplomatic skills, develop a deep understanding of the complexities of international sports administration, and enhance their ability to communicate effectively in negotiations, events, and global discussions. In addition to learning about key organizational structures and legal frameworks in the sports industry, students will also explore the cultural significance, values, and norms associated with sports on an international scale.
